Established in 2004, we are a small, family business based in Netherton, Dudley, aiming to provide an efficient yet economical repair & sales service to local home & small business users. As we do not have any High St shops, our charges can be kept to a minimum, benefiting you, the customer.
Our friendly, knowledgeable technicians have over 30 years of experience in the electronics industry, so we can manage your needs quickly and professionally. As a small, family business, we also understand how important it is that our services are personalised for you and your family or business - something that you often don’t get with bigger companies. We like to get to know you and your needs as much as possible so that we can tailor our work and services to benefit you and your family or business. One of the ways that makes the process a whole lot easier is the use of secure remote support. This means that through the internet, we can do a lot(but not always all) of what may be required without calling out to you. Saving you and us, time and money - and in our experience, that’s always a good thing! We can also offer flexible call out times by arrangement, so we can fit in with your schedule, with as little disruption as possible.
